Home Staging Helps a Vacant House to Sell

For anyone who questions whether Home Staging helps a Vacant House to sell, I want to state, unequivocally, that it certainly does!

In the beginning of May I staged a new construction Vacant which had been on the market for almost a year. It is one of four houses on a cul de sac and there will be two additional homes built before the year is over.

By the beginning of July, I received a phone call from a very excited builder here on Long Island who told me that he wanted to make arrangements to remove the rental furniture and my accessories because the house sold and the new owners want to move in very quickly. Further, he informed me that not only had the Staging been responsible for the sale of this house, but that, in addition, the two houses that are yet to be constructed were sold as well!

This is just another success story in a long list that can be attested to by the many Home Stagers here on Active Rain. So, just in case you 'didn't get the memo'....STAGING WORKS!
