Home Staging Services and Pricing
CONSULTATION:
Consultations are frequently used by homeowners who would prefer to do the work themselves, but still need a plan. An overall assessment of your home
will be given, playing up the positive features of the home as well as de-emphasizing the negative features. We will also include suggestions on improving
First Impressions, Focal Points, and Flow (this is not an actual Staging session). The walk-through generally lasts from 1½ to 2 hours. A detailed
written report, which includes a quote for staging the home, will be prepared and copies will be given to the homeowner and Realtor.
If the homeowner does not wish to do any of the work, or wishes us to help with some of the work, we will be happy to Stage and make all
necessary changes. The first hour would be free.
HANDS-ON STAGING:
This is taking the consultation to the next level. We will begin to "Set the Stage" for your home's presentation. This is achieved in a variety of ways
including furniture arrangement, "de-cluttering", creative room redesign and organizing.
We offer different levels of service: Staging using only your furniture and accessories or Staging with your furniture and newly
purchased accessories to achieve the desired effect. We can also bring in some rental accessories and/or furniture if needed.
Once the Staging is complete, we will teach you how to live in your house while it is on the market.
OPEN HOUSE AND/OR LISTING PHOTO "TOUCH-UP":
We will come on the day of your first Open House or at the time that the Listing Photos are taken, to make sure that the "Stage is Set". Some props
may be brought in and must be returned at the end of the day or session.
VACANT HOUSE STAGING:
Different levels of service available including choosing and handling rental furniture as well as creating 'vignettes' using our furnishings. We have our
own inventory of rental accessories, plants, bedding, window treatments and artwork to complete the 'look'. We handle all arrangements for delivery,
set-up and de-staging when the house sells.
ORGANIZING FOR HOME or OFFICE:
We will help you to decide what stays, what goes, and where to put it! An organized lifestyle or workspace will free you to spend more
time doing what you want to do!
